Our CSR
"The greatest happiness is in giving happiness
The greatest joy is in giving without expecting any return"
HEHJ
We believe that organisations grow because they do the right things.
We believe in doing something to make a difference - in our small way.
We believe in collaboration - the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. By working together, supporting and helping each other, we can "grow the cake" so that we all benefit and still have our "slices" - but those slices are bigger!
We established the Foundation for International Collaboration some years ago to enable us to achieve our vision of developing human potential via collaboration at the global level.
Using our skills, experience and networks, we support communities to empower people to unlock that human potential.
During the SARS-CoV-2 Corona virus pandemic, we thought about what we could contribute in our small way that might "make a difference".
We decided to offer free training and coaching to our wonderful colleagues in the emergency services. We normally work with the NHS, police and CT, so we felt that giving our time during this challenging and difficult period might support them when they were in most need. We coached a great number of people, dealing with many things such as stress, career development and innovating ideas. Our CORE Matrix personality profiling instrument helped people develop better rapport, teams to come together and develop, and people to understand how they are perceived by others.
We also ran a weekly online Café where people joined us to chat, exchange ideas, talk about issues and just chill out over a cuppa.

Men's Room
Men's Room Hastings & St LeonardsIn less than two years, the Men's Room Hastings and St Leonards has established itself as a voice for the local male community.
Its mission is to engage in the conversation surrounding men's mental health, to help increase the general health and wellbeing of men in the community and, ultimately, to increase life expectancy which is lower in the area than the national average.
Having won the recent bid for the Baton of Hope to visit Hastings, the message of support for the men of Hastings and St Leonards is being spoken loud and clear by MrHSL.
